Custom Knowledge Management
Educara developed a Customer Resource Management (CRM) tool tailored to meet the needs of a national private cable programming vendor. The system tracks all information related to a client's property, the programming provided, installed hardware, and billing and payment information. A complete journaled history of critical account data allows KTCOM to view any account changes at any time as well as update records instantaneously.
Custom CD Authoring/Delivery & Custom Desktop Applications
Educara developed a content management system to maintain and distribute assessment manuals on CD-ROM. The tool includes a web-based content editor and a mastering application that imports up-to-date content into the CD based application. Using this system the content from several books is easily published to a searchable CD-ROM.
Wireless Device Applications
Educara developed a PocketPC-based application for tracking pneumonia infection in ICU patients. The application connects wirelessly via SOAP web services to record and retrieve updated information. Using a Flash based interface, care-givers are presented with dynamic graphs of patient status and drug information.
